“5+3”模式下临床医学专业本科生考 研意向调查及对策研究 王朋朋 李祥林 柴勇 任秋晓 滨州医学院 摘 要: 目的 了解“5+3”模式下临床医学专业学生考研意向,分析该人才培养模式下医 学生毕业去向及考研原因,并提出相关对策。方法 采用随机抽样的方法,对我校 临床医学专业大学四年级 244名学生进行问卷调查及访谈,运用Exce l2013 及 SPSS 18.0等软件对数据进行统计分析处理。结果 对回收的238份有效问卷进 行分析发现,69.75%的学生对“5+3”模式大概了解,毕业后90.34%的学生仍将 考研作为首选,2.10%学生选择规培,有102学生将就业方向作为选择考研专业依 据。结论 调查研究发现大部分学生对“5+3”培养模式并不完全了解,考研仍是 大多数人的首选,只有极少数学生选择住院医师规范化培训,学生选择考研主要 目的是将来找到一份更好的工作。对此学生本人应充分了解“5+3”人才培养模 式,权衡利弊,科学备考,学校应从条件保障和政策保障两个方面,为医学生考研、 规培提供支持。 关键词: “5+3”模式; 临床医学专业本科生; 考研意向; 调查; 作者简介:王朋朋,男,硕士,讲师 作者简介:李祥林,男,硕士,副教授,副院长 基金:2015年山东省高等医学教育研究中心第七批教育科研规划课题 (No.YJKT20) Under the “5+3” model clinical medicine undergraduates' intention survey and countermeasures WANG Peng-peng LI Xiang-lin CHAI Yong REN Qiu-xiao Binzhou Medical University; Abstract: Objective To understand the intention of“5 + 3”students in clinical medicine, to analyze the causes ofthe graduation of the medical students and their reasons for the postgraduate entrance examination, and put forwardrelevant countermeasures. Methods A total of 244 senior students were interviewed by random sampling. The datawere analyzed by Excel 2013 and SPSS18.0. Results The analysis of 238 valid questionnaires showed that 69.75%of the students knew about the“5 + 3”model, 90.34% had postgraduate entrance examination as the first choice,2.10% had standardized residency training as the choice. Conclusion The“5 + 3”training mode is not fullyunderstood by the students. Postgraduate study is still the first choice of most students. Only a very small number ofstudents choose standardized residency training. Students should fully understand the“5 +3”talent training model.Schools should provide condition and policy supports for medical students to prepare for postgraduate entranceexamination and standardized residency training.
