潍坊科技学院本科毕业设计(论文)题 目:房地产企业人才流失的问题及对策-----以诺诚销售部为例院(系) 工商管理学院 专业 人力资源管理学 号 201116110104学生姓名 韩伟指导教师 李祎起讫日期 设计地点 房地产企业人才流失的问题及对策-----以诺诚销售部为例摘要摘要:人才流失一直以来都是各界的焦点,如何避免人才流失也是大家想要解决的一大难题,对企业来说人才就是企业发展的基石,如果一个企业人要是管理的好,那么这个企业必会发展壮大。但是在经济全球化的今天,人员的流失是每个企业想要解决却又解决不了的重大难题,人员的流失看上去是员工的个人行为,但实际上是企业问题的折射,就像环境的恶化,会引起水土流失是一样的。员工离开公司肯定是企业的某一方面出现了问题,当有员工辞职时,管理者要做的不仅仅是费尽心机的去挽留员工,管理者应反思企业的哪一环节,哪个方面出现了问题,以至于让员工要离开企业,只有这样才能避免更多的员工离开企业。尤其在销售这一行业,销售本来就是通用性很强的一类工作,所以销售人员流失一直稳居流失率之首,销售人员的流失对所在的公司造成的损失是不可估量的,所以说如何有效的稳定销售队伍,留住优秀的人才,成为各大企业研究的重点。人才对企业来说可以说是最重要的,企业要想壮大,就必须要重视人才。本文以诺诚地产销售部为例,利用问卷调查、实地调查等方法,获得第一手材料,收集了大量的数据,从销售人员流失现状,销售人员流失的原因,人员流失给企业带来的影响,以及如何避免人员的流失展开论述。关键词:企业销售人员 人力资源 流失 Abstract Abstract: the brain drain has always been the focus of all walks of life, how to avoid the brain drain is everybody to want to solve a big problem, for enterprise talent is the cornerstone of enterprise development, if one enterprise management of good, then the enterprise will develop. But in the economic globalization today, researchers is the loss of every enterprise want to solve is major cannot solve the problem, the loss of personnel appear to be the employee's personal behavior, but is actually the reflection of enterprise problem, as the deterioration of environment, can cause soil and water loss is the same. Employees leave the company must be one of the problem, when employees resign, managers need to do is not just struggled to retain staff, managers should reflect the enterprise which link, which aspects of the problem, that let employees to leave the company, only in this way can avoid more employees leave the enterprise.Especially in the sales of the industry, sales were strong commonality of work, so the sales staff loss have firmly turnover rate, the loss of sales staff for company losses is immeasurable, so how to effectively the stability of the sales force, retain good people, become a focus in the study of companies.
